Rogaška Slatina · Donat Mg water

Thermal spas & health resorts

A resort people have visited "to take the waters" for centuries: Donat Mg holds over 13 g of minerals per litre — and more than 1000 mg of magnesium.

The balneology clinic's doctors tailor a personal drinking regimen, followed by prescribed treatments: mineral baths, mud therapy, inhalations, massages, herbal compresses and aromatherapy.

Donat Mg water helps with digestive, liver and gallbladder issues, supports the heart and blood vessels, lowers cholesterol and blood sugar, and relieves stress. An adult's daily magnesium requirement is 350–500 mg — here it fits in a couple of glasses.

  • Hotels at the spring, pools and spa centres
  • Golf, tennis (indoor and outdoor courts), gym
  • Restaurants, a casino, boutiques — all within walking distance

Rogaška Slatina sits right on our regular route — we'll bring you from Ukraine from €130 (see prices).

The sea
